陈嘉祺,男,1986年10月生,黑龙江齐齐哈尔人。工学博士,副教授、硕士生导师,道路与铁道工程系副主任(分管研究生)。湖南省普通高校青年骨干教师培养对象,湖南省普通高校教学能手,美国土木工程师学会2021年度、2023年度杰出审稿人(ASCE Outstanding Reviewer)。担任学术期刊Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering (English Edition)青年学术编辑,Applied Sciences、Materials专刊客座编辑。
科研方面,多年来一直从事土木工程、道路工程相关领域研究工作。主要研究方向为:道路结冰智能预警与防控、交通基础设施多尺度智能仿真。先后主持或参与由国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金会、湖南省自然科学基金、美国联邦航空管理局、美国联邦铁路局所提供资助的科研项目多项。发表SCI检索论文六十余篇,论文被引3000余次。获省部级科技进步奖一等奖2项。获得国家发明专利十余项。
教学方面,主讲《道路工程》(湖南省一流本科课程)、《铺面工程》等本科生课程,及《科技论文写作》、《智能道路工程理论与实践》等研究生课程。近年来获湖南省普通高校教师课堂教学竞赛一等奖、中南大学三十佳教学竞赛十佳讲课、中南大学教育教学成果二等奖。主持湖南省教改项目3项,主持校级教改项目7项,发表教改论文4篇。
