Personal Information
My current research interests are surrogate-based methods with applications to design optimization and digital twins. In recent years, I have published 10+ articles in high-level academic journals including Computer Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering, Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing, Applied Mathematical Modelling, Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization and so on. Currently I am also serving as a reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics Systems, IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine, Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization, Knowledge-Based Systems, Advanced Engineering Informatics and Computers & Industrial Engineering. Selected publications: [1] Liming Chen, Haobo Qiu, Liang Gao, Chen Jiang, Zan Yang. Optimization of expensive black-box problems via Gradient-enhanced Kriging, Computer Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering, 2020, 362: 112861.
