1. 学习经历和工作经历
1982.9-1986.7 上海交通大学金属材料工程(压加)专业,获学士学位;
1986.9-1989.5 西安交通大学压力加工专业,获工学硕士学位;
1998.9-2003.1 中南大学材料加工工程专业,获工学博士学位。
1989.6-2002 湖南大学机械与汽车工程学院(1995.7晋升副教授)、材料学院;
1998.9-1999.9 荷兰Eindhoven工业大学访问学者;
2003.1- 中南大学材料学院材料加工工程学科(2002.9晋升教授)。
2. 教学工作
承担《金属塑性加工原理》、《弹塑性力学基础》、《冲压工艺与冲模设计》、《塑料成型工艺与塑料模设计》等本科生课程、《材料加工过程数值模拟》硕士生课程和《金属塑性变形与细观力学》博士生课程的教学工作。多次荣获学校教学质量优秀奖和教学成果奖,1994年获原机械电子工业部青年教师教书育人工作优秀奖。
3. 科研工作
主要研究方向:
(1) 材料表面耐蚀/耐磨/疏水等功能涂层制备技术及其结构与性能,包括化学镀/电镀、喷/涂、分子组装与聚合、微弧/阳极氧化等;(2)金属/高分子等异质材料界面粘接技术;(3)材料成形工艺过程及其组织结构与性能。
负责或参与国家863项目“XXX高强高韧耐蚀铝合金XXX研制”、国防科工配套项目“XXX涂层材料研制”、总装“十·五、十一·五”重点项目“新型XXX铝合金”、国家重点研发计划项目“高性能铝合金大规格挤压材制造与应用基础研究”、“铝合金复杂构件精密成形的形/性协同多场调控基础研究”等的研究工作。
2002年“高比电容高压阳极电容铝箔生产新工艺的研究与开发”获湖南省科技进步一等奖(排第8),2008年“XXX用高端铝合金材料及制备技术”获湖南省科技进步一等奖(排第6)。
