但汉成,中南大学教授、博导,土木工程学院道路工程系主任,湖南省普通高校青年骨干教师,中南大学“531人才建设工程”第三层次人选,澳大利亚昆士兰大学访问学者。任世界交通运输大会路面结构设计与性能评估技术委员会委员。长期从事道路工程领域的教学与科研工作,在路基路面智能压实技术、道路工程固废资源利用、功能型路面材料研发、以及人工智能技术在道路工程中的应用等领域开展研究。在国内外学术刊物上发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI检索80余篇,专利成果20余项,主持和参与国家级和省部级项目20余项,其中主持3项国家自然科学基金(面上项目、青年基金、主任基金),1项国家自然科学基金地区联合基金子课题,2项中国博士后科学基金项目(面上和特别资助项目),1项湖南省重点研发子课题,1项湖南省自然科学基金面上项目。研究成果获得湖南省、海南省省科技进步一等奖2项,行业学会/协会奖2项。
