His main research field is micro-nano optoelectronic detection technology, focusing on low-dimensional nano-optoelectronic devices, micro-mechanical devices and technologies, spectral detection, etc., and concentrating on key research on scanning imaging detection based on quantum dots and micro-snapshot multi-spectral imaging detection technology.
