Personal Information
He Hu is an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at Central South University, currently serving as the deputy director of the Department of Microsystem Manufacturing Science and Engineering. His primary research interests lie in advanced microelectronic packaging technology and its reliability, as well as intelligent inspection and equipment automation. He has presided over five projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, independent topics of national key laboratories, and the Natural Science Foundation of Hunan Province. Additionally, as a key member, he has participated in more than 10 national-level projects such as the "973" Program, the National Key Research and Development Program, the Major Scientific Instrument Development Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and GF projects, while also undertaking multiple horizontal cooperation projects with enterprises and research institutes. He has published over 60 papers in international prestigious journals and conferences and applied for or been granted more than 10 national invention patents. He has frequently contributed to the technical organization of international conferences on electronic packaging and served as a session chair. He holds positions such as an expert for peer review at the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a project evaluation expert at the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, a candidate expert for engineering accreditation in mechanical engineering, a member of the Technical Committee of the International Conference on Electronic Packaging Technology (ICEPT), an expert in the talent expert pool of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Department, an evaluation expert at the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission, and an expert in the Heilongjiang Science and Technology Expert Pool. In terms of teaching management, he is responsible for the Department of Microsystem Manufacturing Science and Engineering at Central South University and serves as the leader of a first-class undergraduate course in Hunan Province. He has presided over two undergraduate teaching reform projects at Central South University and received teaching honors such as the Excellent Undergraduate Teaching Award and the Excellent Class Advisor Award. He also served a one-year term at the Engineering Education Professional Accreditation Committee for Mechanical Engineering, participating in the engineering accreditation work and standard drafting for mechanical majors.
