个人简介
法学博士（师从著名法学家江必新先生），教授，硕士、博士研究生导师，入选省级有关高层次人才计划、湖南省青年骨干教师培养对象、湖南省第十四届人大常委会咨询专家、长沙市委第三届法律专家库专家等，法学院教授委员会委员（2021—2025），现任学校办公室副主任，校党内法规研究中心执行主任。专业背景：宪法学、党内法规学，兴趣方向：公务法治与智能合规。
PhD in Law (supervised by renowned jurist Professor Jiang Bixin), Professor, Master Supervisor and PhD Supervisor. He has been selected into provincial high-level talent programs and the training program for outstanding young backbone teachers of Hunan Province. He is a consulting expert of the Standing Committee of the 14th Hunan Provincial People’s Congress, an expert of the 3rd Legal Expert Database of Changsha Municipal Party Committee, and a member of the Professor Committee of the Law School (2021–2025). He currently serves as Executive Director of the
