Dr. Li Guangqiang obtained his doctor degree in Cartography and Geographic Information Engineering from the Central South University in 2009. Since 2006, Dr. Li is working in the department of GIS Central South University as a teacher. Dr. Li has an active interest in spatiotemporal data mining, remote sensing geological data analysis, smarty city. He has published above 30 papers in peer-reviewed journals. He has completed 1 Hunan provincial Natural Science Fund Project, 1 Changsha Science and Technology Plan Project and multiple school-enterprise cooperation projects, which involved in smart cities, Internet of Things, Internet of Vehicle and other fields. He also participated in many projects including some supported by 973 program and 863 program.
