        After obtaining the master's degree in 2000, Dr. Li has been engaged in the teaching and researching the fields of transportation planning, management and operational research. Applying comprehensively the optimization theory and computer technology to discusses the difficult problems in traffic planning and control, such as OD estimation of traffic demand, the equilibrium analysis of network traffic flow under the influence of bicycle flow, the aggregation, evacuation mechanism and coordination control method of urban expressway network traffic flow, distribution of travel time of vehicle along path, optimization method of passenger train operation scheme ,road traffic safety and so on . Successively presided over or participated in 14 projects just as the National Social Science Fund Project, China Postdoctoral Science Fund, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Jiangsu postdoctoral scientific research funds and the project of Hunan Province. Dr.Li has published more than 50 papers, which includes 4 SCI, 25 EI and 10 CSCD journal articles.
