Liu Biao, Man, doctor, Lecturer. Bachelor of Hengyang Normal College, Master and Doctor of Hunan University. July 2017-June 2019 postdoctoral research at the School of Physics and Electronics, Central South University. From 2019 to the present, Since entering the post presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Project, Hunan Natural Science Foundation Youth Project.
