个人简历

刘芳,1982年生,中南大学教授,博士生导师,日本早稻田大学工学博士,IEEE会员。入选“湖湘青年英才”,"创新驱动计划”和“升华猎英人才计划”。曾在日本东京富士电机株式会社控制技术开发部从事博士后研究,早稻田大学环境综合研究所任职研究员。
主要从事面向国家发展目标和重大需求,主持/参与了国家重点研发计划,国家自然科学基金,教育部博士点基金,省部级基金及国际合作项目,研究电力系统稳定,电网规划,故障诊断,新能源发电技术,智能电网,信息融合,深度学习等方面的技术;针对复杂系统和网络时滞等时滞相关鲁棒控制问题,开展时滞系统稳定,电网时滞影响,神经网络时滞,模糊系统时滞等方面的研究;针对工业复杂系统的优化及控制展开研究。在国际高水平学术期刊和国际高水平学术会议发表论文40余篇、其中SCI检索20篇,EI检索30篇。参与出版英文著书2部、申请专利3项,获软件著作权6项。
