Name of Research Group:Team of drug resistant mechanism and epidemiology
Description of Research Group:Working on the resistant mechanism and epidemiological characters of drug-resistant strains in nosocomial or community acquired infections and healthy individuels.Firstly detected a mumber of novel resistant genes and registered in GeneBank. Firstly described the prevalence of resistant strains in Hunan Province.Firstly described the prevalence of ST131 E.coli in healthy individuels in China.More than 100 papers were published,of which 10 were SCI( 2 were with the IF>5).Accessed to Hunan Scientific Progress awards twice.
