MORE+马耀财，博士，特聘副教授，硕士生导师。2023年度中国博士后创新人才支持计划（现更名为国家资助博士后研究人员计划A类）获得者，2022年度上海市“超级博士后”人才资助获得者，主持国家自然科学基金委青年科学基金项目C类一项，是国家重点研发计划川藏铁路重点专项——韧性隧道项目骨干，担任岩石破碎专业委员会委员，一直从事隧道工程领域围岩灾变控制与岩石力学相关研究。近五年来以第一作者身份在《International Journal of Rock Mechanics and Mining Sciences》、《Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering》、《Tunnelling and Underground Space Technology》、《Computers and Geotechnics》、《Applied Mathematical Modelling》等高水平期刊发表SCI论文10篇，其中8篇为中科院一区Top期刊，发表EI论文1篇，以第一发明人申请国家发明专利3件。
