尚艳杰，男，1993年6月，医学博士，讲师，硕士生导师，中南大学湘雅基础医学院法医系教师，湖南省湘雅司法鉴定中心司法鉴定人。
目前主要从事法医病理学，法医昆虫学研究，主要包括基于昆虫证据的死亡时间推断以及法医学精准死因鉴识等科学研究。近五年来，以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Int J Biol Macromol，Int J Legal Med等期刊发表SCI论文10篇，获授权发明专利4项，主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项，湖南省自然科学基金青年基金1项，湖南省博士科研创新项目1项，参与国家卫生健康委员会“十五五”规划教材、全国高等学校法医学专业第六轮规划教材《环境法医学》的编写工作，参与2025年科学出版社《死亡时间推断研究前沿》专著的编写工作等。从事法医病理学与法医临床学鉴定近6年，共解剖尸体500余具，参与检案500余例。
