孙懿,女,医学博士,副研究员,硕导,中南大学湘雅基础医学院生殖与干细胞工程研究所副所长,人类干细胞国家工程研究中心研发部主任,中华医学会肝病学分会终末期肝病学组委员,湖南省生物材料学会移植生物材料与器械专业委员会委员,湖南省健康服务业协会器官移植分会第一届理事会常务理事,湖南省免疫学会第三届理事会理事。现就职于中南大学基础医学院生殖与干细胞工程研究所。主要研究方向为干细胞与再生医学、发育生物学研究。在干细胞与再生医学领域,建立了高效及稳定的人类胚胎干细胞定向诱导分化为肝脏细胞体系,诱导效率达95%以上,作为项目骨干完成国际首个利用人胚胎干细胞来源的肝脏细胞治疗急性肝衰竭的临床研究,疗效显著,研发急性肝衰竭的再生医学新疗法;建立了人胚胎干细胞诱导分化的肝细胞来源EVs的规模纯化工艺,完成了EVs治疗急性肝衰竭临床前安全性及有效性研究,揭示了EVs调控肝组织功能修复及再生的机制;在干细胞安全性领域,以体外亚优化条件下长期培养的人类胚胎干细胞发生恶性转变为模型,利用蛋白质组学的方法发现β-catenin可作为人胚胎干细胞恶性转化标志,为人胚胎干细胞未来临床应用标准提供了参考。承担与参与国家及省部级以上项目27项,其中作为项目负责人获得了国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金、湖南省重点研发计划、湖南省卫生健康委重点课题、湖南省自然科学基金、湖南省科技计划等国家及省部级以上项目14项;指导研究生获得研究生创新课题6项,其中重点项目1项,省级项目2项;以第一作者或者通讯作者在国内外权威学术刊物如PNAS、Stem Cell Research & Therapy、STEM CELLS等发表论文31篇,其中SCI收录论文20篇,CSCD收录论文8篇;申请专利12项,授权专利8项,其中发明专利3项,申请PCT专利4项。
