唐怡庭，中南大学基础医学院生理学系教授，博士生导师；教育部青年长江学者，湖南省杰青。

从事危重症的研究工作，在国家级、省级多项基金的资助下取得显著成果，发表系列论文于Immunity（2篇）、Cell Death and Disease等国际知名期刊，更新了学术界对脓毒症多脏器衰竭发生机理的认识，为脓毒症的防治提供了重要思路，研发了肝素及其衍生物治疗脓毒症的医疗新技术，获发明专利3项，2021年度湖南省自然科学一等奖1项（第2完成人）。

作为骨干教师参与《生理学》国家级线上线下混合式一流课程，承担硕士研究生《血液生理学》和《临床问题的生理学原理》课程的教学工作。
