Zhuo Tang is a Distinguished Associate Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor, and Master's Supervisor in the School of Civil Engineering at Central South University (CSU). He is a recipient of the Hunan Province Furong Talent Program (High-Level Talent) and has been recognized as a Teaching Expert of Ordinary Higher Education Institutions in Hunan Province.
