Multi-component coupling synergistic effect of resourced gold tailings on intumescent flame-retardant polypropylene

Abstract:为解决金尾矿资源化利用难题,以金尾矿(GTF)为原料,通过偶联 - 缩合反应制备出高性能阻燃填料(K-GTF),并将其应用于膨胀型阻燃聚丙烯(PP)中。K-GTF 通过协同作用,可同步提升阻燃 PP 的阻燃性能、热稳定性、抑烟性能及力学性能。
研究结果表明,K-GTF 具有优异的阻燃协同效应:添加 3% K-GTF 的 PP 复合材料(记为 PP/G3)表现出显著的阻燃与抑烟特性。值得注意的是,PP/G3 的极限氧指数(LOI)达到 36.1%,远高于未添加 K-GTF 的阻燃 PP(记为 PP/G0)的 33.6%。此外,与 PP/G0 相比,PP/G3 的峰值热释放速率(PHRR)、峰值产烟速率(PSPR)、总热释放量(THR)及总产烟量(TSP)分别降低了 32.5%、26.9%、31.6% 和 21.5%。
通过协同作用机理分析可知,K-GTF 发挥了多组分耦合协同效应:在阻燃 PP 材料燃烧过程中,该效应可促进材料内部生成富磷交联结构,进而推动形成稳定、致密的膨胀炭层,最终进一步提升 PP 材料的阻燃性能。在力学性能方面,K-GTF 的引入缓解了 PP 材料中因添加阻燃剂通常导致的力学性能大幅下降问题。这表明,K-GTF 可改善阻燃剂与 PP 基体间的相容性,从而提升阻燃 PP 材料的力学性能。
