王小玮，中南大学特聘副教授，硕士生导师，主要从事新能源材料与器件的研究，包括钠离子电池正极材料制备、退役锂离子电池材料的增值利用、固态电解质的设计及界面调控等。主持和参与多项国家自然基金青年/面上项目和企业横向项目。迄今为止在Adv. Mater.、Angew. Chem.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Adv. Energy Mater.、J. Energy Chem., Chem. Eng. J、Green Chem.等国际知名学术期刊上发表多篇SCI论文。指导学生获得全国冶金科技竞赛特等奖、二等奖。
