Hi, my name is Yue Wu. I am currently an assistant professor in the School of Electronic Information of Central South University.

I graduated from the Department of Automation of Central South University (CSU) as an undergraduate in June 2017; graduated from the Department of Control Science and Engineering of CSU as a Ph.D. in December 2023 with a doctorate degree; from November 2021 to October 2023, I was sponsored by the China Scholarship Council to conduct visiting PhD studying in the Department of Energy Technology of Aalborg University, Denmark; and since April 2024, I have been working as an assistant professor in the School of Electronic Information of CSU.

My main research includes optimal control and machine learning using in energy management, thermal management of new energy vehicles/energy storage systems, and safe and energy-efficient driving/planning.

I have published more than 10 SCI papers in top international journals, such as Applied Energy, Energy, Energy Conversion and Management, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, with more than 400 Google citations and h-index of 12. I served as a reviewer of IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification (TTE), IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles (TIV), IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews (RSER), Applied Energy (APEN), Automotive Innovation (AUIN), and other top international journals.
