肖代红, 工学博士，研究员，博士生导师。从事金属材料、新能源材料等等研究。国家重大项目首席负责人。在Journal of Materials Science & Technology、Materials Science and Engineering A、Materials and Design、Metallurgical and Materials Transactions A、Journal of Alloys and Compounds等JCR刊物上发表论文90篇。申请发明专利64项，其中获授权发明专利37项。1人次获中南大学校长创新奖，1人次获中南大学优秀硕士学位论文，6人次获国家级研究生奖学金，3人次获中南大学优秀毕业研究生称号。
