Dr. Ziqing Xia is a Master's Supervisor in the Department of Communication Engineering, School of Electronic Information, Central South University (CSU), China. She is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds the National Level-III Psychological Counselor Certification.

She received her B.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation in 2018 and Ph.D. degree in Control Science and Engineering in 2023 from Central South University. During her doctoral studies, she was supervised by Professors Mei Su, Yao Sun, Hua Han, and Zhangjie Liu. She was awarded the National Scholarship for Doctoral Students and was recognized as an Outstanding Graduate of Hunan Province.

Since June 2023, Dr. Xia has been with the Department of Communication Engineering, School of Electronic Information, Central South University. She is a core member of the Quantum Intelligent Information and Network Security Research Team.

Dr. Xia teaches several undergraduate core courses, including Fundamental Mathematical Statistics and Mathematical Equations. She has supervised undergraduate students in various provincial- and university-level competitions, achieving multiple awards. She has also guided undergraduate thesis projects that were recognized as Outstanding Graduation Theses.

Her research activities are supported by several national and provincial research programs, including the National Key Research and Development Program of China, Key and Young Scientists Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), and the Young Scientists Fund of the Natural Science Foundation of Hunan Province.

Dr. Xia has published numerous papers as the first author or corresponding author in leading SCI-indexed journals, including IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid, IEEE Transactions on Energy Conversion, and Information Sciences. She has also been granted three Chinese invention patents.
