谢刚，北京大学博雅博士后，现为中南大学公共管理学院讲师。2022年6月毕业于上海交通大学，获经济学博士学位。研究领域为公共经济学、发展经济学、劳动经济学、教育经济学，重点关注农村人力资本、劳动力就业、人口迁移、农村转型、性别不平等等问题。主要使用计量经济学方法开展微观实证研究，识别因果关系。在Journal of Development Studies、China Economic Review国内外知名期刊发表学术论文多篇。参与国家自然科学基金重大项目、杰出青年科学基金项目及面上项目等多项国家级课题。
