个人简介
传统浮选工艺对细颗粒(<150微米)回收效果较好,但粗颗粒因粒径偏大、表面疏水性不足,导致气泡难以携带而易损失在尾矿中。基于化工“三传一反”基本规律,优化粗颗粒浮选工艺,提升粗粒级矿物的浮选回收率,有助于推动低品位矿与尾矿资源化。
课题组以粗煤泥浮选为研究对象,采用实验、CFD建模、MATLAB建模和机器学习/深度学习/数据建模相结合的研究方法,分别从气泡-颗粒相互作用机制、颗粒流态化行为、气泡分散特征等角度展开研究,通过建立多尺度耦合的浮选柱模型,对多尺度过程特征参数进行综合调控和协同优化,最终建立气泡矿化动力学-颗粒流态化-气泡分散体系的最优匹配准则,形成粗煤泥高效浮选理论体系。
基于相关研究工作,课题组累计发表论文 40 余篇;授权中国发明专利 1 项并完成技术转让;登记软件著作 1 件; 主持国家自然科学基金青年项目 1 项, 湖南省自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目各 1 项,矿物加工科学与技术国家重点实验室开放基金项目 1 项, 以及企业委托项目 3 项。近三年发表的部分论文:
