教授,博士生导师。1996和1999年于湖南大学化学与化工学院获学士学位和硕士学位,2005年于中南大学冶金科学与工程学院获博士学位。2008-2009年在美国犹他大学做访问学者。江苏省双创人才,湖南江滨机器有限责任公司外部科技专家,青海西豫有色金属有限公司技术专家,TMS和MSE会员,Hydrometallurgy、Minerals Engineering、Journal of Applied Electrochemistry、Desalination等国际权威期刊的特邀评审专家。研究方向涉及湿法冶金,盐湖资源综合利用、电化学工程等领域。主持国家自然科学基金2项、湖南省自然科学基金2项,湖南省战略性新兴产业重大科技专项1项,厂校合作项目多项;参与完成国家科技攻关项目、国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金及校企合作等项目10余项。在资源综合利用和电化学冶金领域取得突出成就,开发的蛇纹石综合回收镁、镍、铁、硅资源成功通过工业化试验,主持的Ni-Fe合金箔和Ni箔的电沉积制备工艺成功实现工业化生产,作为第2参与人,利用完成的盐湖卤水氨法制取高纯氢氧化镁和镁砂的技术成果组建了西部镁业公司,实现了年产20万吨氢氧化镁的大规模化生产,形成了国内有重要影响,国际上有一定知名度的镁资源现代化加工企业。申请发明专利40余项,授权30项,发表学术论文80余篇,被SCI收录40篇。编写教材《现代电化学研究方法》和《冶金专业英语》。
Professor supervisor of doctor, she obtained bachelor degree in 1996 and master degree in 1999 in college of chemistry and chemical engineering, hunan university. She obtained doctor degree in central south university majored in metallurgical engineering. She worked as a visiting scholar in utah university of American in 2008-2009. She is a double-creative talent, also technical experts of jiangbin machinery company, LLC as well as non-ferrous company of Xiyu ,qinghai. She is also a member of TMS and MSE and invited reviewer of journal like Hydrometallurgy、Minerals Engineering、Journal of Applied Electrochemistry、Desalination. Her direction involves hydrometallurgy, resource comprehensive utilization of salt lake brine and electrochemical engineering. She leads a lot of projects from NSFC, hunan NSFC, enterprises, etal. She made great achievements in resources comprehensive utilization and electrodeposition. The technology about comprehensive recovery of Mg,Ni, Fe and Co in serpentine has passed industrial experiments successfully. Electrodeposition of Ni-Fe and Ni foil has been industrilized in large scale. West magnesium company was established based on the achievement of synthesis of Mg(OH)2 and magnesia. The yield has reached 200,000 tons of magnesium hydroxide per year. The company has becomes a modern enterprise of magnesium resources processing with an important influence in China and a certain popularity in the world. More than 40 invention patents have been applied and 30 have been authorized. She published 80 papers and 40 of which were indexed by SCI. Two textbooks "Modern Electrochemical Research Methods" and "Metallurgical English" were written.
