Bailong Ye, a member of the communist party of China, was born in January 1964 and joined the party in December 1984.
In 1989, he received a master's degree from the graduate school of central south university.In 1990, he became a teacher in central south university of technology. He has participated in the professional training of computer application，construction engineering，enterprise management and obtained the relevant certificates.
Awarded associate professor in 1993 and full professor in 1996. served as the lecturer of introduction to civil engineering for graduate and undergraduate students, housing architecture, soil mechanics and foundation, building curtain wall, computer principle, program design and development (assembly language, FORTRAN, C/C++, PASCAL, BASIC, FOXPRO), software engineering foundation, graphics processing, project management, software engineering maturity model (CMM/CMMI) and other courses. Trained more than 200 graduate students in civil engineering structure, computer application, software engineering, geological mechanics computer simulation, architectural engineering computer simulation, network technology and software engineering in central south university, hunan university and other universities.
