MORE+曾兰，女，1992年生，湖南常德人，获得中国地质大学（北京）水文地质学博士学位与美国North Dakota State University授予的土木工程博士学位。主要从事下垫面特征识别与刻画、复杂下垫面条件下的流域水文循环与地下水流模拟、地下水资源评价等方面的研究，研究成果已初步形成了从理论到方法到应用的完整转化链条。以第一作者的身份在国际权威期刊《Journal of Hydrology》、《Advances in Water Resources》等期刊发表SCI文章多篇。
