Zhai Lu, specializes in comparative literature and comparative poetics between China and the West, and 20th century English and American literature.

She got her undergraduate degree from Shandong University in 2017, and graduated from Sichuan University with her master's and doctoral degrees in Comparative Literature and World Literature. She was a visiting scholar in University of Arizona during 2022-2023. She has published papers in A&HCI and CSSCI journals such as Neohelicon, Cultura International Journal of Philosophy of Culture and Axiology, Tianjin Social Sciences, Social Science Research, Chinese and Foreign Culture and Literature, and was Reprinted by the Academic Digest of Liberal Arts in Higher Education. She has participated in the writing of Chinese and English monographs such as The Variation Theory of Comparative Literature, Contemporary Famous Writers Series, New Perspectives on International Comparative Literature, etc. She has participated in and organized many international conferences on Chinese and world literature. She has been awarded the National Scholarship, Outstanding Graduate of Sichuan Province, and Outstanding Doctoral Thesis at the university level.
