张龙,博士毕业于荷兰埃因霍芬理工大学。致力于开发和利用多尺度计算方法结合机器学习来理性地设计高效的能源转化和能源存储材料, 并利用密度泛函理论计算,分子动力学模拟,微观动力学模拟,结构搜索和人工智能算法等方法来研究能源催化,燃料电池,量子输运,热电效应和材料的新奇物理特性等。近年来,在国际主流期刊发表SCI论文三十余篇,其中包括 Advanced Materials,Angewandte Chemie International Edition,ACS Catalysis,Journal of Catalysis,NPJ Computational Materials,The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters,Small,Physical Review Applied,Physical Review B,Applied Physics Letters 等国际重要期刊。目前主持国家自然科学基金和湖南省自然科学基金各一项,并曾作为主要研究人员参与欧盟地平线计划 (Horizon 2020 project)。
