    周志方,1994年生,湖南新邵人,中南大学粉末冶金研究院讲师。2021年于清华大学材料学院取得博士学位(导师:林元华教授),期间获国家留学基金委资助赴日本东京工业大学(现东京科学大学)联合培养。2021年至2024年入选清华大学“水木学者”计划,从事博士后工作。主要研究方向为面向中高温区废热回收与利用的高性能热电陶瓷与面向微小器件/芯片制冷用的热电薄膜,在热电薄膜及块体的制备-结构调控-性能优化-输运机制研究方面有着丰富的经验并取得一定的研究成果:目前以第一作者/通讯作者身份在Nat. Commun.、Small等期刊发表论文17篇,ESI高被引论文1篇,在NatureJ. Am. Chem. Soc.、Prog. Mater. Sci.等期刊合作发表论文40余篇,总引用超过1200次(数据来源于Google Scholar),H因子为20;获授权国家发明专利4项;主持中南大学科研启动基金和中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目,参与国家自然科学基金基础科学中心、科技部重点研发计划等重大项目;担任国际期刊Materials的客座编辑(欢迎投稿)和Rare MetalsAdvanced Powder MaterialsMicrostructures等期刊的青年编委,并长期担任Nat.
