Dr. Yi (Yee) Zhang is currently an associate professor at the School of Minerals Processing and Bioengineering, Central South University. He has been working on the clay mineral materials over 10 years, and has long engaged in biomedical mineralogical material, pathological mineralization bioinformatics and biomimetic mineralized modification. He has also contributed 1 edited book, 1 edited book chapter, more than 40 journal publications (including Nature Communications, Science Advances, Advanced Functional Materials, Science China Chemistry, Applied Clay Science etc.), 8 Chinese innovation patents and delivered over 30 plenary/keynote/invited presentations.
