Cai Changsheng, male, PhD, professor, visiting scholar at the university of Calgary.He participated in many research projects such as Canada natural research funding and national key research project.He hosted two national natural science funding projects.In 2008, he won a graduate excellent paper award in the Institute of Navigation(ION) conference.He published over twenty international SCI journal papers.He also published an academic book in Chinese science press.Now he is a reviewer of a few international SCI journals such as“Scientific Report“,Journal of Geodesy”,"Advances in Space Research",“Survey Review" and “Journal of Navigatoin”.He is also a member of the CPGPS executive committee and hydrographic surveying and charting professional committee.
