Abstract:This paper presents a model for identifing the information reliability of dynamic relief demand under the conditions of disorder and uncertainness in affected areas during the crucial rescue period of an earthquake disaster. Firstly, the uncertainties of relief demand information are analyzed. Secondly the fuzzy membership function is constructed for evaluating membership degree of the reliability of diverse information sourcing from affected areas. Thirdly, the maximal possibility reliability is solved and then the right information is selected for approximating the time-varying relief demands based on posbist possibility theory. Finally, the numerical simulation demonstrated the applicability of the proposed model in dynamically forecasting area-based relief demands after an earthquake disaster.
