视觉神经生物学

  所在实验室长期从事青光眼致病机理、视网膜缺血及再灌注损伤修复研究工作,利用急性高眼压、慢性高眼压动物模型围绕视网膜神经元,特别是视网膜节细胞的代谢变化(如细胞色素氧化酶的活性改变,琥珀酸脱氢酶的变化等)、电活动改变(如fERGVEP)、突触可塑性及死亡方式(如凋亡、坏死、程序性坏死、焦亡)等进行了较为系统的研究,证实了自由基学说、谷氨酸兴奋性毒性损伤、神经营养因子缺乏等在上述损伤中的作用,并尝试运用神经营养因子、外泌体、干细胞移植等措施以挽救视网膜节细胞。近期研究聚焦于缺血再灌注损伤条件下视网膜神经胶质细胞在突触可塑性、神经炎症等过程中的作用及机制。上述研究依托国家自然科学基金10余项,近年发表相关研究论文情况如下:
