Personal Information

Yunfei Du is now a lecturer at the School of Humanities at Central South University, China. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Asian Studies at Cornell University in 2025. Prior to his doctoral studies, he obtained an M.A. in Literary Theory from Beijing Normal University and a B.A. in Chinese Linguistics and Literature from Capital Normal University in the People’s Republic of China. His fields of interest include contemporary Chinese literature and culture, critical theory, Marxism, and ecocriticism. He has published scholarly articles including:
