Fang Jingyue, Ph.D., associate professor, and postgraduate supervisor. He has presided over projects such as the Key Laboratory of Nanodevices and Applications of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation for Young Scientists and General Projects, the Aviation Science Foundation, the National 863 Program projects, the Innovation Special Zone Projects of the Science and Technology Commission, and the Technical Field Funds of the Science and Technology Commission's Basic Strengthening Program. He has also participated in key projects of the Equipment Pre-Research Fund, joint funds and general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, etc. As the first author or corresponding author, I have published in Micropor. Mesopor. Mat., Nanomaterials, Acta Physica Sinica, Acta Optica Sinica, Chinese Science Bulletin, Chin. Opt. Lett., Chin. Phys. B, Phys. Lett. A, Appl. Phys. Lett. More than 20 papers have been published in various journals, and 8 invention patents, 4 utility model patents and 2 software Copyrights have been authorized. Mainly engaged in research on micro-nano photoelectric detection, including low-dimensional nano-optoelectronic devices, micro-opto-electromechanical devices and technologies, spectral detection, etc., especially quantum dot-based sensing detection, as well as micro multispectral imaging detection. He/She has successively taken charge of teaching courses such as "Nanoelectronics", "Principles of Laser", "Principles and Technology of Optoelectronic Display", "Comprehensive Experiment of Optoelectronic Technology", and "Semiconductor Physics and Devices".
