Abstract:总结了妇科临床带教中存在的问题与对策,主要包括通过护生对临床带教老师的评价,从教学活动、科室支持等方面了解护理教学过程中存在的问题,认为将护生评价与带教老师的绩效结合,采取末位淘汰制,有利于提高护理教学质量。
