Abstract:已有研究为农民土地维权抗争行为提供了较多理解和分析框架。通过考察西安Y区征地活动,捕捉到征地事件中农民维权活动中另样一番鲜活图景:村民"作为武器的弱者身份"、"依法抗争"、"以法抗争"等抗争策略的无效表达导致了维权行动流向一个追求过程的情感行动,失效主要原因在于维权抗争过程中双方的组织性及力量悬殊、基层政府"正式权力实施的非正式运用"的运作逻辑、农民可供利用资源的缺乏和集体高于个人利益的潜意识。
