Nb掺杂( Na0.5Bi0.5)0.93Ba0.07TiO3织构陶瓷电性能研究

Abstract:织构技术是改善压电陶瓷性能的方法之一。采用模板籽晶生长法制备了不同Nb含量的(Na0.5Bi0.5)0.93Ba0.07Ti1-xNbxO3(NBBT-xNb,x=0,0.015,0.020,0.025,0.030)织构陶瓷,系统研究了Nb含量对铁电、介电及电致应变性能的影响。结果表明,采用模板籽晶生长法能够制备出物相纯净的NBBT-xNb织构陶瓷,且陶瓷的织构度随着Nb含量增加先降低后略有增加。室温下,在x=0时电致应变达到了0.249%,与非织构样品相比提高了60%~80%。在x=0.015时室温电致应变值达到了最高值0.325%,并且Nb的掺入显著提高了NBBT织构陶瓷的热稳定性。此外,首次在NBT基织构陶瓷中观测到了新的介电异常现象。这些研究结果将有助于NBT基陶瓷的进一步研究。
