刘小良,男,博士,教授,博士生导师,中南大学先进材料超微结构与超快过程研究所表面组成员,美国罗切斯特大学访问学者。湖南师范大学理论物理专业硕士;中南大学材料物理与化学专业博士;2013年-2014年,美国罗切斯特大学物理与天文学院访问学习。讲授《固体物理》、《量子力学》、《电动力学》、《大学物理》等本科生课程及硕士研究生《固体理论》、博士研究生《凝聚态理论》等课程,是国家级精品资源共享课、国家级精品课程《固体物理》的主讲教师,全国高等学校固体物理研究会理事。主要从事有机半导体器件及其表面、界面问题研究以及及低维系统中电荷输运性质的理论研究,主持过国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后基金、湖南省自然科学基金及其他科研和教改项目,参与包括国家自然科学基金重点项目在内的科研项目多项。在Chem.
