2、研究课题
本课题组自95年以来,主持及承担了国家973项目、国家863项目、国防重点型号攻关项目、国家自然科学基金以及省、部级项目共计23项,其中国家级项目如下:
(1)国家重点型号项目“****铝合金国产化开发研究”,项目来源:国防科工局。
(2)国家重点型号项目“****铝合金薄板研制”,项目来源:国防科工局。

3、工程化成果
(1)发明了新一代耐热铝合金2A43,该合金不仅具有优异的耐高温性能,而且具有优良的加工工艺性能,可以加工成板材、锻件、挤压材,还可以进行焊接加工。所开发的工业化锻件和板材已经在某尖端航天飞行器上获得应用。
(2)发明了新一代耐热铸造铝合金ZNZL212,该新型铸造耐热铝合金不仅具有高耐热性能,而且具有优良的铸造工艺性,可以铸造复杂结构的大规格铸件,已经开发出工业化航天飞行器舱段铸件。

(3)与企业合作研制的×××铝合金型材与厚板,已经成功应用于空警-2000预警机。
(4)与企业合作研制的×××铝合金薄板,已经成功应用于运-20大型运输机。
(5)与企业合作研制成功第一根国产铝合金石油钻杆,已经取得钻井试验成功。
