    苏玉长,博士,二级教授, 博士生导师, 留学回国人员,先后在澳大利亚和美囯从事访问学者研究。

    研究方向:

    高性能铝合金、纳米功能材料的设计、制备及表征。主要有:

    1.大飞机用铝合金轮毂制备技术与微观组织结构性能

    2.铁电(压电)铁磁(压磁)复合材料及其在吸波、太阳能、光学、能源领域中的应用;

    3.锂离子电池用正负极材料及固态锂电池用电解质材料、储能用高介电材料;

    4.第一性原理方法仿真与计算上述材料的微结构与性能;


    研究特色:

    以固体物理的基本理论和第一原理计算方法为基础,以材料微观结构为桥梁,构架材料制备工艺--微观结构--特性关系规律,设计和开发新型结构/功能材料。


    课题组实验装备:

    行星球磨机2台(4*500ml,4*2000ml),真空气氛微波烧结炉1台(价值30万元),高温高压反应装置多套(100ml~2000ml),旋转干燥装置2台套(3000ml,10000ml),蒸馏水及去离子水系统2台套,控制结晶合成材料系统2套,纳米膜滤系统1套,旋涂薄膜制备系统1套,纳米离心分离系统1套,管式气氛烧结炉2台,干燥炉与箱式电阻炉多台套,电池测试装置2套,原子吸收光谱仪1套,电化学装置1套,显微硬度计1台,其它配套装置若干。

    主要业绩:

    主持和承担了国家自然科学基金项目、创新基金、973项目子课题、863计划、国家科技攻关、湖南省重点科技攻关项目、横向合作项目等20余个,荣获国家教学成果二等奖1项、湖南省教学成果一等奖2项、湖南省科技进步一等奖1项、机电部科技进步二等奖1项,多次获本科生和研究生教学质量优秀奖,优秀研究生导师奖,在国内外学术期刊和国际会议上发表论文100余篇,SCI和EI检索80余篇,多项研究成果实现了产业化。

    研究方向:

    纳米功能材料的设计、制备及表征,高性能铜合金。

    主要有:

    铁电(压电)铁磁(压磁)复合材料及其在太阳能、光学、能源领域中的应用;

    锂离子电池用正负极材料及多高温燃料电池用电解质材料、储能用高介电材料;

    第一性原理方法计算上述功能氧化物、硼化物材料的微结构与性能;

    弓网导线用Cu-Cr-Zr,冷凝管用铜合金,高强耐磨Cu-Zn-Ni-Al合金 。
