Analysis of the relation among postnatal depression， social support and coping style among women in urban nuclear family

Abstract:目的　了解中国城市核心家庭妇女产后抑郁现状及其与社会支持、应对方式的相关性。方法　对１５０ 名城市核心家庭产妇施测社会支持评定量表（ＳＳＲＳ）、简易应对方式问卷（ＳＣＳＱ）和爱丁堡产后抑郁量表（ＥＰＤＳ），对调查结果进行相关和回归分析。 结果　共发放问卷 １５０ 份，回收有效问卷１３２ 份，有效回收率为８８．０％。 城市核心家庭产妇客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度得分分别为（１０．００ ±２．９９），（２６．３２ ±４．７２），（８．１１ ±１．７３）分，ＳＳＲＳ 总分为（４４．３１ ±７．０２）分；积极应对和消极应对得分分别为（２６．８０ ±４．６５），（１０．６１ ±３．６５）分；ＥＰＤＳ 得分（８．３３ ±１．８７）分，抑郁发生率为２２．７３％。 ＳＳＲＳ 总分及各维度得分及积极应对均与 ＥＰＤＳ 得分呈负相关（P ＜０．０１），而消极应对与 ＥＰＤＳ 得分呈正相关（P ＜０．０１）。 多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示，主观支持、积极应对和消极应对是产后抑郁的影响因素。结论　中国城市核心家庭妇女产后抑郁发生率仍然较高，社会支持和应对方式是产后抑郁的重要影响因素，应培养产妇积极的应对技巧，构建完善的社会支持体系，以减少产后抑郁的发生。
