Correlation between parents' burden and coping style in children with epilepsy

Abstract:目的探讨癫痫患儿父母的照顾负担、应对方式及两者之间的相关性。方法应用照顾负担量表(CBI)、父母用应对方式量表(CHIP)对101名癫痫儿童父母进行调查，分析癫痫患儿父母的照顾负担及应对方式的特点及两者的相关性。结果 癫痫儿童父亲照顾负担的评分为48．48±14．35，母亲照顾负担的评分为51．84±12．66，照顾负担较重；癫痫患儿父母双方采用频率最高的应对方式均为保持家庭团结、合作和乐观的态度；采取保持家庭团结、合作和乐观的态度应对方式与其照顾负担呈负相关(P<0．01)，采取寻求社会支持、维护自尊和心理稳定应对方式与其照顾负担呈负相关(P<0．05)。结论癫痫患儿父母的照顾负担与其所采用的应对方式有关，在护理活动中应指导并促进父母采纳积极的应对方式。
