Abstract:objective： To explore the r01e of health education during premancy in neonatal pneumonia prevention． Methods Clinical examination data of pregnant women from three hospitals in Huaihua were retrospective analyzed．All pregnant women were divided into health education group and control group according to the pregnant women accorting comprehensive and personalized pregnancy education or not．12 weeks after the health education，the awareness rate of pregnancy health，the formation rate of healthy behaviors during pregnancy and the incidence of neonatal pneurnonia were pared between the two groups．Re
