Abstract:In view of the shortage of dynamic response of fuel cell and the characteristic demand of fuel cell electric vehicle for low voltage and high current DC/DC converter, a bidirectional interlacing parallel DC/DC converter topology is selected. The interlacing technology used in this converter can realize high frequency output voltage fluctuation with low switching frequency, and has the advantages of ripple cancellation and phase shunt. The current and voltage ripple of bidirectional interleaved parallel DC/DC converter is analyzed, the parameters of key components and the design of controller are described, and a 500W bidirectional interleaved parallel DC/DC converter prototype is developed. The experimental results show that the system has good static and dynamic performance and high power density.
