Personal Information

Hi. I'm Hong Wang and I am an Associate Professor at School of Mathematics & Statistics, Central South University. I was a visiting Postdoctoral fellow with Department of Biostatistics at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) during 2017-2018. I earned my Ph.D in Statistics from Central South University in 2015, Master in Computer Applications from Hunan University in 2008 and Bachelor of Arts in English from Central South University,China in 2000.
My current research interests are survival analysis, high dimensional data analysis, data mining, statistical learning and big data analytics. I am a member of Institute of Mathematics & Statistics.
