Exploration of MIH (molecular information handling) with shape-switchable cyclophanes

Molecular Information Handling (MIH) utilizes organic macrocycles in supramolecular chemistry as the hosts to specifically recognize guests as simple ions, small molecules, metal complexes and other aromatic molecules with non-covalent forces, and studies how information is handled in molecular level, to realize the monitoring, simulation, intervention and treatment of physiological processes and disease occurrence processes. The specific research is based on the new trimeric cyclophane hosts, combined with MIH aspects as molecular sensing, logic, memory, delivery to solve problems facing to life and health.
