接骨板用材料的研究现状及发展前景

Abstract:对常用接骨板材料的性能做了分析对比,并对目前临床投入使用的金属、高分子及复合材料接骨板进行了评价,着重介绍了纳米羟基磷灰石/聚乳酸复合材料以及炭/炭复合材料接骨板。与其它材料相比,炭/炭复合材料与人体有着良好的生物相容性和力学相容性,在结构、弹性模量、孔隙度和密度上均与人骨接近。作为新一代生物医用材料,随着炭/炭复合材料编织技术和制备工艺的提高,炭/炭复合材料接骨板有着很好的应用前景
