Teaching and Academic research experiences：
Have been engaging in clinical nursing, teaching and academic research in recent 33 years.
Working as a postgraduate tutor of nursing, assuming part of course of postgraduates of nursing (such as senior clinical nursing practice) and teaching of medical nursing and diagnostics for undergraduate nursing students. Accepted the invite of Yale–China Association to study nursing specialty half year in Yale University in 2006, communicated learning and investigated specialty in Thailand, Hongkong and so on.
Have published over 10 articles about teaching, edited 12 teaching materials or bookmaking as an editor-in-chief or vice editor-in-chief in recent 10 years, and serving as manuscript reviewer for the Archives of Psychiatric Nursing (APN) journal and Journal of nursing scholarship.
Launched 13 projects funded by Hunan Science and Technology Department, the Board of Education, Health Department, Development Planning Commission and international co-operation projects, Conducted 1 projects funded by National Philosophy and Social Science Foundation, Participated in one National Natural Science Foundation-funded project. Published over 60 articles in recent 5 years, in which 37 were recorded by CSCD and 10 were recorded by SCI.
